Your role at Total Processing

Our merchant services allows our business clients to take secure card payments via online websites, over the telephone and face to face, offering peace of mind to both the business and their customers with each transaction.

Responsibilities

You will provide an exceptional standard of support to our corporate customers and processing partners relating to Total Processing Gateways. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to our customers including handling complex incidents.

The position ideally suits an individual who is looking to further their career, who is open to being directly responsible for vendor relationships and direct client Merchant Accounts.

Requirements

Competent in the use of office IT systems, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, as well as customer databases.

We are looking for self-motivated, career minded person looking make a difference with a company with the ability to build and shape their own career.
